If you are planning to attend as a large group (5 or more attendees), please contact Jay at JayLLL @ aol.com (no spaces) prior to registering. We are limited to 30 participants at each conference, but can flex some with groups.
The cost of the conference is currently $875.00 per person. This covers battlefield tours, museums, maps, rooms, meals, museum tickets, conference materials, horse ride, musket shoot, etc. . . In other words, all conference expenses in Gettysburg.
We’ll be asking team leaders and other groups to secure mini-vans for use during the battlefield tours. Most teams secure mini-vans for joint travel to/from Gettysburg.
After you have registered, we’ll will hold your place. We will accept payment at the conference itself–either by check or credit card. We will assume that you will attend unless an emergency requires you to cancel. Thank you.
